Return Policy

1. General Return Eligibility We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be 100% unused, unopened, and in its original, sellable condition with all factory seals, protective films, and accessories intact.

2. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items For critical hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories of products are considered final sale once their original packaging or hygiene seal has been opened, broken, or tampered with. These items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Liquids & Cosmetics: Nail gels, polishes, creams, primers, liquids, etc.

  • Disposable Supplies: Gloves, wipes, disposable files, orange sticks, etc.

  • Sanitized Tools & Instruments: Nail drill bits, metal files, nippers, scissors (if the sterile pack is opened).

3. Electronics & Equipment (Lamps, Dust Collectors, etc.)

  • Standard Return: You may return electronic items within 30 days ONLY if they are completely unused and in their original, unopened box.

  • Limited Warranty: We offer a 180-day limited warranty on all electronic equipment covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover damage from accident, misuse, improper voltage, dropping, or unauthorized modifications. If your device fails due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with proof of purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Ensure Eligibility: Review this policy to confirm your item can be returned.

  2. Contact Support: Email support@velvethands.us with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

  3. Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds & Processing Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will email you to confirm its arrival and the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. If a returned item is found to be opened, used, or not in a sellable condition, a refund will be denied, and the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.
