Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship primarily via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS) to ensure your order arrives safely.
Free Shipping (New York) We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 for customers within New York City and surrounding areas. This offer will be automatically applied at checkout if your order qualifies.
Local Pickup (Free) You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our location in Queens.

Pickup Hours: Please refer to the checkout instructions. Generally, orders are ready within 2 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We take great care in packaging our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact our support team immediately at support@velvethands.us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue. We will resolve the situation promptly.
